At LCDprojectorbulbs.com we want you to feel comfortable placing an order with us. We will provide you with all of the information you need before you place your order. This includes shipping options, methods, and costs; itemized cost per product and order subtotal; shipping, insurance and handling charges; sales taxes; and the total amount of the order.
Once your order has been placed, LCD projector bulbs.com will NOT charge your credit card until your order has been completely fulfilled. If the item that you selected is not in stock, we will notify you via email and let you know the expected delivery date.
Product Warranties
LCD projector bulbs.com is a distributor of major national and international brands of replacement LCD replacement bulbs. The manufacturer's warranty, if available, applies to the LCD lamps that we sell. LCD projector bulbs.com does not provide any additional warranties.

Customers can pay by credit card online using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. We also accept credit cards for phone, fax and mail orders.
Check or money order are available for mail orders only; cash on delivery for mail or fax orders; or on account (due 30 days from invoice date). Detailed instructions for each payment method are located within the LCD projector bulb shopping cart system.

Shipping Rates and Policies
LCD Projector Bulbs.com offers shipping to all 50 states of the United States of America and any foreign country delivered to by Federal Express, UPS, and DHL worldwide. Shipping charges are applied per order, not per item.
Ground Delivery is FREE within the continental U.S.; UPS Overnight Delivery is $39.95. For orders shipped to Hawaii or Alaska an additional charge of $10.00 per order is added to both ground and overnight. For international orders please call customer service to get shipping and customs rates.
Items are generally shipped as available; however, if more than one shipment is made the customer will be charged for shipping only once. Customers have the option to ship orders in partial groups as available or as a complete group when all products are available.
While LCD Projector Bulb.com can not guarantee that your order will be shipped the same day it is received, you can check on the status of your order by calling Customer Service at 1-866-LCD-BULB. A customer service representative is available:

Return Policy
Return & Restocking Policy
LCD Projectorbulbs.com stands behind its products and will issue a refund, replacement or credit if you are not satisfied with your purchase and notify us within 14 days of receipt of product. A Restocking Charge of 20% will apply to all items returned where LCD Projector Bulbs has made no error in merchandizing or shipping. Refunds will be made by original method of payment. All returns must arrive in its original packaging and all freight charges for the return of goods are to be paid by the customer.
There are exceptions to our Return Policy including Special Order products and orders outside the continental U.S. Please call 1-866-LCD-BULB to obtain a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) before returning any product. LCD Projector Bulbs may at any time limit the number of delivery attempts based on unfavorable delivery history resulting from, but not limited to, damage, loss, or theft.
Mistaken and Damaged Shipments
LCD Projectorbulbs.com will replace the order and refund any applicable shipping costs if we made an error with your order. Please note any obvious damage or shortage while applying your signature at the time of delivery and make all claims for replacement or credit within 14 days of delivery. To return any mistaken or damaged item, please call 1-866-LCD-BULB to obtain a Returned Material Authorization (RMA). For damaged orders, keep the original box and all packaging materials for possible inspection by the carrier and/or return to LCD Projectorbulbs.
Customers can cancel or modify unshipped orders at any time by call Customer Service at 1-866-LCD-BULB. Once shipped, an order can not be cancelled or modified; however, if you are unsatisfied with your order you can return it within 30 days for a full refund as explained above.
